So you have to flip it over to change image which is ok but the wooden animals all fall out of the different holes. Most of them all fit through one hole as well so it’s not really a challenge.'

They are mouthsized pieces as my grandson demonstrated to me. Fortunately he wasn't unattended & did spit it out when asked. He does love playing with it though, but I would say exercise caution if you have a child who does put things fully in their mouth.'
