1/5  Jane 'Buttons don’t work - forward and backwards buttons don’t actually do anything, the truck just goes in random directions. We ended up taking the batteries out and letting our son use it just as a push along. Complained to Argos, no response.'

It is supposed to move forwards and backwards. There is no way of controlling this. The buttons underneath and on top do not seem to do anything when pressed. No instructions are included. It had no batteries despite the Argos website saying it did. It went off in the middle of the night waking us up - had to return it.'

Argos customer service refused to let me have any, they were more interested in correcting their mistake. They were basically rubbish as customer care goes. Anyway, the toy is well built but it isn’t the sort of vehicle a child can push along very easily. It does need batteries and my grandson soon got bored watching it go forward and backward by itself. He wanted to push it himself which isn’t easy'
