3/5  Sandy 'Bought for my grandson’s birthday but unfortunately had to return it as the wings were missing when we opened it, had to return to store, he loves the replacement, would have been nice to have more figures as shown on box but it only has 3 ! The little truck and cart don’t attach together, the small connector and hole arnt matched in size !! That’s not good for a child’s toy, also if you load luggage in the hold at the back the door falls open all the time ! I started by giving 4 stars as material is good but changing down one as I’m listing its faults. However my 3 year old grandchild loves it especially as the wings light up and it makes noises, if the faults were sorted then I would have given it a 5 as we have had fun playing with it since replacement was collected , which is another fail from Argos when I contacted on chat to complain parts were missing I was told to trail into town 7 miles away to replace it, had to have one reordered and trail the 7 miles again the following day to collect the new one which HAD to be the next day after that !! Or it wouldn’t be held and had to be refunded then pay again despite original order was made online !! poor customer service ARGOS'

The lights and sounds are activated by different buttons. My boy has already figured out he can take the engines off the plane, so it’d have been better if these were fixed, but this isn’t a major issue. Overall a good little toy, and my son enjoys it!'
