The packaging is like a car seat and comes with a strap - he now comes in the car and gets strapped in on our journies. The body of the doll is not filled with stuffing as you might expect but has a weightier substance inside and is more realistic according to my 7 year old mother of 57 (rough estimate) barbies, 6 baby borns and copious amounts of other dolls.
