Later I was informed it was broken and I had gifted a broken item. Got in touch with Argos, and their response was, we can not say anything till I take it back to the same branch of purchase and they need to check it. Thats clearly not possible. So overall, not too good an experience. And don't buy gifting items from Argos, as return processes and even review processes are a hassle. Needing to go into original branch of purchase, come on, with the day an age of smart phone capabilities, there should be no need. Unnecessarily making returns and mainly refunds difficult.'
