Took a while to put together and only realised at the end that one of the seating bar does not align with the predrilled holes. Spoke to customer service and they asked me to return to the store I bought. Took another hour to remove and put in the box. Returned back to the store and got the full refund. It was a waste of time and energy!!'

Got so stressed swapping parts about to see if we could make it work we just took it apart & boxed it all back up. Yet to take it back for an exchange or refund. The only negative is that there is no spring, piston or similar to stop each side crashing to the ground. I suppose for the price this shouldn't be expected Very happy and would recommend.'

The bolt holes had like flap of metal on the inside I needed to push down with a screwdriver but overall it's good quality and my girls love it. Good value and hard wearing. It's been rained on a few times now and still seems fine.'

Can’t get through to Argos at all & just want a replacement seat to put it together Very sad & disappointment children & a annoyed parents too & hopefully get sorted ASAP'

It is too small & flimsy for the 8 year old.she cant sit on it as it's too low& feels fragile. Feel as though I've wasted money as she can't go on it so my two year old doesnt.I thought there would be height adjustments? As it feels very low. My children are quite tall so within 2 years even the 2 year old will be too tall for it..Disappointing.'

The only issue is the kids to tend to slide forwards when sitting on the seesaw and they end up sitting on the metal bars instead of the seat. I think it's due to the design of the handles as they are quite low down. The kids still enjoy playing on it though.'
