It is the perfect height and size for her age and is still constantly in use now she's 2. We moved on to using it with sand now and she's still loving it. It stays uo sturdy and is absolutely ideal. I only have 2 downsides. The first is that the seahorse side frequently gets clogged. I am regularly scraping out tiny pieces from the hole at the bottom. The second is that the lid doesn't really protect from rain so if you have sand in there it will end up sludgy in the rainfall.'

The height is about right for her standing now… I presume that older children would need to be kneeling to be able to play. Enough room for two children to play happily. It is quite sturdily built. My only complaint is that the lid cannot be secured on it so something fairly heavy has to be placed on the lid to keep it in place when not being used.'
