Very disappointed as there were parts missing in both the hardware pack ( which was ok as I have space screws) but also two vital parts missing. Called help line spoken to 3 people and still no joy so will take back to the store. Think it may have been a return as packaging was torn. So upset daughter at the minute ( not sure weather to get the house now) great product looks well made and wooden. Good size if you don’t have space for the house and if you do it will fit inside the house with the doll laying on the bed. Shame the draws don’t open there just for show but a great product and worth the money x'
