The dolls hair started to fall out as soon as she was combing it using the brush provided. The hair clips are poor quality and some of them broken even before she used them. A very disappointed 4 year old on christmas day when she was told we will be returning the item.'

She was feeling yucky as she had chicken pox, and we had to cancel our holiday as she wouldn't be scabbed over in time to fly. So we had one upset, itchy little girl (and 3 upset big brothers). The doll head looked great when we got it but it soon became apparent that it was cheap made. The hair just comes out as you brush it, the brush that comes with it actually tugs it out, but even normal brushes do, just not as quickly. There was glue half way down the hair at various areas, it went matted when brushing, even with an adult brushing it. The hairdryer barely makes a sound and you need to physically move the switch out to try again. Just awful. She loves thr Bobbles and stuff that came with it and really liked playing with it to start with. Now she uses the accessories on me or her other dolls as the doll head is so awful. We've tried everything to make the hair smooth again, but the glue is making it impossible, and all the hair just comes out. Next time, I know to go for a different make. We were so disappointed, especially as normally Chad Valley stuff is decent quality.'

I’ve been having to make tiny pleats the size of the holes in the beads so my daughter can get the beads on which means it’s not really a toy she can just play with on her own for 5 minutes. Still a good buy though and no other complaints.'
