When they're younger you can use it as a supportive play nest and then as they grow and learn to sit up it can be used as a supportive prop. The colours and animal characters are designed to entertain and stimulate them visually. The lower level of the nest can be used for tummy time to help younger babies hold their heads up. For a seated back support this item is fine, however, it is described as a nest. As my son has started sitting up unsupported I wanted the nest to catch him if he should lose his balance however the Velcro to attach the two parts together is so weak any minimal pressure at all separates the two sides. Not suitable for purpose sold.'

This is my second child and in the past I have used inflatable sit me ups and they have deflated quickly so I wanted a material one. For the price I paid I expected this to be material stuffed. When I got the box handed to me I was not impressed so I didn't even take it home. I asked for a refund. I expected more for my money.'

Due to velcro holding the two halves together when he toppled over on the joint the velcro sometimes opened. Also due to him being tall/long when he lay down inside the ring was able to kick apart when he got excited and moved his legs. Would be suitable for babies who can sit totally by themselves. Will be more use when able to sit alone'
